New renovate opening
AREA 69 Don Muang Airport Maison is reopening with new renovation building and a part of rooms : classic and loft design. We have been being in property industry since 1997. In 2016 we are re-opening the renovate part for daily rental and travellors. in the future,we plan to develop more other sections to make all our customers more easy and convenient.
Chatuchak weekend market (JJ Market)
Chatuchak Market (JJ Market) sell all designed crafts, plants, designed cloths, restaurants, home decoration, pets and others; is open on Saturdays and Sundays, 09:00–18:00, and Fridays 18:00–24:00. Chatuchak Market can be reached by the sky train (BTS) at Mo Chit Station and taking exit no.1. Another way to get to the market is by taking the subway (MRT) to Chatuchak Park Station take exit no.1. Moreover, taxis, buses and vans can reach Chatuchak Market. Cars can be parked at Chatuchak Park Ride and they have shuttle buses between the parking lots and Chatuchak Market. JJ market is far from AREA 69 only 11 KM (30 mins).
BTS Greenline extension 2017
The existing Green Line is one of the two lines of the Bangkok Skytrain transit system operated by Bangkok Mass Transit System Public Company (BTSC). The two Bangkok Skytrain lines, namely Sukhumvit Line and Silom Line, interchange at the Siam Station. The 22.25km Sukhumvit line, also known as the Green Line, extends from Siam Station in a northward direction to Mo Chit and in an eastward direction to Bearing.
The Green Line will pass Phahonyothin soi 69, which is located by AREA 69 (Soi Sai Yood station) which will be service in 2017
